Yes it is finally here and soon will be a new one yet!  It was fun and a first for my son.  He finally got to stay up and not fall asleep.  But was still confused as to what was going on, lol.  Oh well maybe next year it will be a little clearer.

  But anywho I am hoping that everyone had fun and is all and well.  Now on to business.

Sitting here thinking

Ok so I am sitting here thinking with my littlest one blabbing away and wondering what I should do next.  I think I have come into my point in life where I need to change.  I want still create many beautiful projects for others to enjoy, but I would love to do something a little different with they way I am doing it.

  My dad was talking with his g/f FRIEND the other day and she had come up with the idea that I should make my diapers but also have a diaper cleaning servious.  I was thinking that that was more then just a little change but also an idea to add on to later on in a few  . . .  But sticking with the idea of change I was thinking more of the lines of adding in 'themes' to my items.  So there will still be my diapers, mama products and a little bit of everything else, but have a theme to each item.  Rocker, MOD, punk, skulls, girly, boyish, sports, kinda idea? 

Think this is good?  Well maybe this will be my new change for the New Year.  I will stumble an idea around with my fam. and see what else everyone is seeing.  Maybe I will even get something to progress my career in the form of a Christmas gift?  Who knows, we will see.  Talk to you all soon.

Holidays are here

Hi all,  now that Christmas is Fast approaching and the post office overloaded! lol. 

I will be checking and sending out all purchased items on Mondays only, until the New Year.

 Lots of crazy busy days ahead.  I will try to check my email every other day, but I

cannot make any promises, sorry.  This is a very difficult time of year for all of us I know.

Christmas is coming !

Ok so christmas is coming its time to grab those winter style diapers.  Here are a few instock!  I am trying very hard to make some more, but with all the kids and christmas and running around I find I have no time for anything.  I have been staying up til 1 in the morning, Sleep oh so needed. . . . ..

Me and the Girls today

Ok so today is me and the girls day.  Daddy and Cyrus are out to Bubba's House to work.  One the agenda today?  Lunch almost done, shower, sleepy time and then while the girls are sleeping I will sew sew sew, all I can. 

On my list of accomplishments today for sewing:

- cut out prints for diapers and mama pads
- make a whole bunch of "pick your style diapers"
- make up some wipes
- make up some breast pads

Hmmm, think I can get that all done in 3 hours?  We will see.

New product added to my list !

Here is the set that I had made for my customer, as well as a wet & dry bag.  A two in one design that I am also going to start making as well.  That way you don't have to carry two bags all the time.  One side is wet and the other dry, so convient!

Ok I have this special customer of mine who always gets me to make her a natural pads.  She is very sensitive, and anything too wet down there gets her a rash and even infections very easily.  So we came up with an idea to do all natural pads, with no water-proof barrier.  That means I did them with all natural organic fabric.  7 layers of thick absorbent organic terry cotton.

Please help - Need help advertising ?

Ok so I joined "The Mom Pack" about a year ago and have been posting quite recently, and a couple of days ago I posted this "Please help - Need help advertising".  Beucase I haven't been getting very many items boughten off of my etsy store. . . So I was calling out for help.

Here were some of the responces I gotten:

- Try trading items on diaperswappers, this way you can get your name out there and then people will know more about you.

- Explain more about the product you use . . . V lite, I have never heard about it.

- Most people like just the PUL on the outside, because it creates less leaks, but I don't know your diapers and how well they work.  This is just what I have been hearing from some people.


So with all these comments I have decided to reveant my site, once again, and also write up a whole bog post and page for my website about v lite.  Instead of just memtioning it in both!

So in conclusion, I will be posting later a BIG article on this product. . . V Lite.

New cloth diaper idea brewing . . .

Ok so I have an idea brewing in my mind, since by daughter is getting these really bad rashes on her bottom.   They have been coming and going for a few months now, and I am unsure why.  I have tried using regular store boughten cloth diapers because  ithought maybe it was the fabric.  But she had never gotten them before.  But she was also used to regular baby food?  So I am thinking maybe now that she is eatting people food that here little body is not used to it and with the cloth she might be getting bad reactions.  So I am coming up with a new idea that will be reuable and trowawayable (thats not a real word I know!). 

I think I will make it a OS ? But am not sure yet.  I want to be able to use both cloth in the middle or the g diapers cloths.  That way it is not so guilty and you are still saving the earth at the same time.

I want to be able to use the outer like a cover, and then have snap in covers/water-proof material, so it is still somewhat breathable for the baby.  And then have the insert on the inside and either wash it and trow it in the washer or trow it in the compost/garbage.

I will definitly keep everyone posted and make sure to keep everyone posted!

Got'em - - My Jewels are in !!!

Donut jems are in . . . Ok so I just got my jewels in yesterday and they look awesome, THANXS NANERS !!!  I will be making beautiful Teethier Necklaces with them.  I have many different size donuts and some jems as well.  I have so many ideas in my head that I cannot get them all out at once . . .

Switching to cloth was the best thing for me!

Ok so I know not everyone is going to be most wanting to read about this post, but those of you who are interested . . . I wanted to tell everyone that my last period (yes period) lasted 4 days long!!!  2 heavy days and 2 light days, and this past period (October) 3 days !!! 1 heavy, 1 regular, and 1 light!  Right now I am loving Cloth pads.  Ever since I have been using cloth my periods have been getting lighter and lighter and shorter and shorter and I have been using them since I had my last baby :(  And actually ever since I have had her they have been every 6 weeks.  Thank you. 

  So to anyone who is interested, I would MOST definitly say SWITCH to Cloth Pads!  They are a dream.  Even if you are using a diva cup use them as a back up!  You will save money and save yourself, from toxins and infections!

So I was talking with my naners the other day about some donut jewerly she found for me.  She is sending off some Donut beads, that I will be making into Teething rings.  My daghter is always pulling at my hair so now she will have something to play with and maybe my head aches will go away slightly, :)  I will be posting these on my etsy store when I have completed them.  If they are a good seller I might do some more ? ? ? We will see what they look like, there are so many different styles to choose from, my naners is making me wait to see what they look like. . . .

OS Cloth Diapers

Ok so I have come up with the perfect OS one size cloth diaper. This one fits baby who at the time was 10 pounds, my toddler who was 22 pounds, and my son who was 38 pounds. Tested and tried for a few days with the new pattern.



Last setting was for my daughter all the way back to the fith setting on the side snap & both inner snaps snapped together, and for my oldest daughter on the second last setting with one inner snap undone and for my son (super skinny) I had it on the fourth last setting with both snaps undone. And still more room for a few extra pounds!

This diaper can be made as a:

And can be as custom as you want!!!

Well I found a really cute blog today, surfing the net like I usally do for hours all day! It had the cutiest pie/suckers. Oh my god my face was durling so BAD!!!!! so lately I have been on this computer way too much! I am starting to realize what my husband is talknig about. I need to just 'check' emails periodically. Not 'check' and stay on for an hour or so. Hmmm, we wont tell him that he was right, we'll just keep it to our selves.
